The Village of East Quogue Beautification Committee, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the beauty and the character of East Quogue by creating and maintaining local public gardens, by educating the public on the flora and fauna of our area, by introducing environmentally friendly gardening practices, and by sponsoring summer and holiday events on the village Green.

Saturday, May 30th | 11:00 AM: Join us at Bay Avenue Park Marina for an insightful talk by Kate Rummel. She will be discussing the importance of native plants and how to prepare for the upcoming sale.

 

 

Sunday, May 31st: Explore the local landscape with a Birdwatching Tour at the Pine Neck Preserve (Nature Conservancy property). The tour is led by Eileen Schwinn. This is a free event, but please RSVP to info@eqbc.org to secure your spot.

 

Saturday, June 6th | 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM: The Fourth Annual EQBC Native Plant Sale returns to Bay Avenue Marine Park. In addition to finding new additions for your garden, you can take a guided tour of the native gardens every half hour, led by Master Gardener Program Director Doria Hughes.

Great news! Our plant sale on June 1st was a huge success.
